Facilities
Facility Overview
Smart Yard
With an optimized yard and equipment, we have established a fully integrated flow production system connecting the processing, assembly, and automated hull fabrication shops to the land-based berths via a conveyor system.
Processing Shop
Steel plates are precisely processed using automated equipment including NC-based auto-marking systems, plasma cutters, and NC gas cutting machines.
Automated Hull Shop
Production is systematically managed through the T&T automated system, supported by state-of-the-art automatic welding equipment, material handling machines, and various cranes.
Assembly Shop
This shop fabricates blocks from cut steel plates, equipped with various cranes and imaging systems to carry out precise assembly processes.
Painting Shop
Comprising a Blasting Cell and Painting Shop, corrosion protection coating for both the interior and exterior of vessels is carried out under systematic quality control.
Goliath Cranes
Five Goliath cranes ranging from 320T to 900T are operated to maximize the efficiency of large block erection.
Floating Dock
Floating Dock
A floating dock is used to launch vessels constructed on land into the sea.
